這支阿黛拉藝伎來自 Boquete El Salto 的羅拉莊園，採收期為 2026 年 2 月下旬。Big Sur 標示處理方式為雙重發酵水洗藝伎，並經暗室乾燥，批次為 DR-2F Phase。這裡的 DR 對應 dry / dark room drying，2F 則是 double fermentation / 兩次發酵。
它是這次組合中香氣與處理法表現更明確的一支：仍然維持水洗的乾淨結構，但花香更高，帶佛手柑、杏桃、冰糖燉梨與甘蔗甜感。
This Adaura Geisha comes from Finca Lorayne in El Salto, Boquete, harvested in late February 2026. Big Sur lists the processing as double fermentation washed Geisha with dark room drying, under the DR-2F Phase lot. DR here tracks the dry / dark-room drying step, and 2F indicates double fermentation / two fermentations.
It is the more aromatic and process-driven side of the set: still clean and washed in structure, but with a higher floral register, bergamot, apricot, rock sugar pear, and sugarcane sweetness.
