Drop 006 以三支巴拿馬水洗藝妓組成：Hacienda La Esmeralda Noria 5FB，以及 Adaura Finca Lorayne 的兩個批次。這個組合把同一品種放在不同莊園與批次中比較，讓產地與烘焙的差異成為主角。
What kind of roaster is Big Sur?
Big Sur was founded in Shanghai in 2016. The roastery uses Loring machines and builds each roast to express the coffee's variety, origin, and terroir.
Its sourcing starts with green quality, origin work, and direct conversation with producers and estate owners. For Lightmist, Big Sur is an important Asia-side reference for clean, modern ultra-light roasting.
Lightmist and Big Sur
Drop 006 brought together three washed Panama Geshas: Hacienda La Esmeralda Noria 5FB and two Adaura Finca Lorayne lots. The set placed one variety across different estates and lots so that origin and roast interpretation could remain the focus.
