Big Sur — Panama Geisha Set

Drop 006 來自上海 Big Sur：三支巴拿馬藝伎，一支翡翠莊園紅標水洗，兩支阿黛拉羅拉莊園。咖啡已抵達台灣，現已開放訂購。

這次不是完整 catalog，而是從 Big Sur 六月清單中挑出更符合 Lightmist 方向的三支：翡翠莊園 Noria 5FB 作為高端紅標水洗藝伎主軸，另外兩支阿黛拉則是 Big Sur 近期特別推薦的羅拉莊園批次。DR-2F 是 dry / dark-room double fermentation washed；GWMDR Lot3 則是 Geisha Washed Mosto Dry Room 的第三個生產批次。一支偏香氣與處理法表現，一支偏乾淨水洗主線。

Big Sur 在我們這條線裡是很有訊號的 roaster：超淺、乾淨、現代。在台灣本地咖啡圈還不算常被討論；對熟悉國際 Discord、Reddit 與海外咖啡社群的人來說，這個落差反而很有趣。數量很少，售完後不一定會補。

Drop 006 comes from Big Sur in Shanghai: three Panama Geishas, anchored by Esmeralda Noria 5FB and two Adaura Finca Lorayne lots. The coffees have landed in Taiwan and are now available to order.

This is not the full catalog. It is a focused selection from Big Sur's June list: Esmeralda Noria 5FB as the high-end washed Geisha anchor, plus two Adaura lots that Big Sur specifically recommended from Finca Lorayne. DR-2F is the dry / dark-room double-fermentation washed lot; GWMDR Lot3 is Geisha Washed Mosto Dry Room, Lot 3. One is more aromatic and process-expressive, while the other is cleaner and more transparently washed.

Big Sur sends a strong signal for the Lightmist lane: ultra-light, clean, modern. It still feels underrepresented in the local Taiwan coffee scene compared with how visible it is in Western coffee Discords, Reddit, and international specialty circles. Quantities are very limited and may not be restocked after sellout.

Big Sur 是 2016 年創立、位於上海的烘焙品牌，使用 Loring 烘焙，強調以適當的曲線表現品種、產區與風土本身的特性。他們很重視生豆品質，會深入產地，與生產者和莊園主直接對話，透過 direct trade 採購能代表 terroir 的高品質批次。對 Lightmist 而言，Big Sur 代表的是亞洲端非常清晰、現代、超淺焙的一條線。在台灣本地咖啡圈還不算常被討論；這個落差正是這次想帶進來的原因之一。

Big Sur is a Shanghai-based roaster founded in 2016. They roast on Loring machines, with a stated focus on expressing variety, origin, and terroir through appropriate roasting. Their green-buying philosophy emphasizes origin work, direct dialogue with producers and estate owners, and direct trade for lots that clearly represent place. For Lightmist, Big Sur is a strong Asia-side expression of the clean, modern, ultra-light lane. It still feels underrepresented in the local Taiwan coffee scene compared with how visible it is in Western coffee Discords, Reddit, and international specialty circles.
