Eudis Orosco 的 Bella Vista 是這次三支中海拔最高的批次，來自秘魯 Incahuasi Valley 海拔 2,230m 的高地。Bella Vista 與 Eudis Orosco 近年與庫斯科高海拔 Geisha Inca / SL9 批次密切相關。
這支在去果皮前多了一道前置發酵：整顆果實先於 GrainPro 袋中，在低溫環境下前發酵 48 小時，之後去果皮並於乾淨發酵槽中以自身果膠進行無水發酵。水洗後，帶殼豆於棚架乾燥、頻繁翻動，在涼爽高山環境中慢慢降至穩定含水率。
Eudis Orosco's Bella Vista lot is the highest of the three, from 2,230 meters in Peru's Incahuasi Valley. The farm and producer have become closely associated with high-altitude Geisha Inca / SL9 selections from Cusco.
This lot adds an extra step before pulping: whole cherries are pre-fermented in GrainPro bags under cool conditions for 48 hours, then depulped and dry fermented in clean tanks with their own mucilage. After washing, the parchment is dried on raised beds, turned frequently, and brought down slowly to stable moisture in the cool mountain climate.
