Tin Tin Inchispata 位於秘魯庫斯科地區印卡瓦西高地深處,坐落於 Apu Chuntawillca 山腳下,俯瞰整片安地斯山景。海拔 2,280m的低溫環境讓果實緩慢成熟,賦予杯中表現少見的清晰度與層次。
莊園由 Modesto Rupaylla 親自經營。富含礦物質與有機質的火山土壤、原生林提供的天然遮蔭、以及多樣的鳥類生態,共同構成這片偏遠安地斯生態系的健康樣貌。
採收自九月起,果實於高山低溫中緩慢成熟,僅精選成熟果實以水洗法處理,保留藝妓品種的細緻表現。杯中呈現印卡瓦西獨特的風土:黃色花香、明亮的萊姆、多汁杏桃,尾韻收於花果茶般的優雅質地。
Tin Tin Inchispata Farm sits deep in the Inkawasi highlands of Cusco, Peru, at the foot of Apu Chuntawillca and overlooking the Andean landscape. At 2,280 meters, the cool climate slows cherry maturation and lends remarkable clarity and complexity to the cup.
The farm is owned and worked by Modesto Rupaylla. Volcanic soils rich in minerals and organic matter, native forest providing natural shade, and abundant birdlife reflect the healthy biodiversity of this remote ecosystem.
Harvest begins in September and continues as cherries ripen slowly in the cool mountain climate. Only carefully selected ripe cherries are picked and processed using the washed method, preserving the elegance of the Geisha variety. The cup expresses the unique terroir of Inkawasi with delicacy — yellow florals, bright lime, and juicy apricot, finishing with the refined character of floral fruit tea.
