Goût & Co 是什麼樣的烘焙品牌？
Goût & Co 是 Tong Zhang 於 2020 年在成都創立的微型精品咖啡烘焙品牌。品牌希望用每支咖啡所能承載的最淺烘焙，呈現其風土、密度與產地特性，而不是以固定 Agtron 數值或義式、手沖分類決定曲線。
Tong 曾在法國學習與工作，也將工程背景帶入烘焙。Goût 在法文中是風味與品味，Co 則延伸為 coffee、connection 與 communication；精準與連結共同構成品牌的方向。
Lightmist 與 Goût & Co
Drop 002 選入哥倫比亞 El Roble 藝妓、衣索比亞 Rumudamo 74112 與秘魯 Tin Tin Inchispata 藝妓。這是一次橫跨三個產地的水洗咖啡對照，也是 Lightmist 首次從亞洲烘焙品牌建立完整的集中進口與台灣發售流程。
What kind of roaster is Goût & Co?
Goût & Co is a Chengdu micro-roastery founded by Tong Zhang in 2020. It seeks the lightest roast each coffee can support, responding to terroir, density, and origin rather than using fixed Agtron targets or espresso and filter categories.
Tong's time studying and working in France, together with his engineering background, informs the project. Goût means taste in French; Co extends to coffee, connection, and communication. Precision and connection sit together in the brand's approach.
Lightmist and Goût & Co
Drop 002 featured Colombia El Roble Gesha, Ethiopia Rumudamo 74112, and Peru Tin Tin Inchispata Gesha. The three washed coffees created a cross-origin comparison and established Lightmist's first complete consolidated import and Taiwan release with an Asia-based roaster.
