Datura — Paris
Datura 一直是我最喜歡的烘焙師之一。他們的淺焙風格，乾淨、透亮、精準，完全改變了我對咖啡的想像。這次 Drop 001，我選了三支 Datura 的藝妓，三個產地，三種處理法。
Datura has long been one of my favorite roasters. Their light roasting style, clean, translucent, precise, completely changed how I think about coffee. For Drop 001, I picked three Gesha from Datura: three origins, three processes.

Finca Deborah Terroir
精選成熟度 20–22° Brix 的果實，短時間發酵，三層非洲棚架漸進乾燥，靜置 90 天。乾淨、透亮、茶感十足。
Selectively harvested at 20–22° Brix. Brief fermentation, graduated raised-bed drying, 90 days resting in parchment. Clean, translucent, deeply tea-like.

Apricot jam sweetness, orange blossom from hot to cold. A lactic, oolong-like texture with crisp berries and tangerine in the finish.
