Tanat is a Paris specialty coffee roaster and the name adopted for Kawa's next chapter. It treats roasting as a way to reveal origin, variety, and harvest, with an emphasis on precision, consistency, and long-term relationships at origin.
The range spans accessible coffees and high-scoring rare microlots. Lightmist focuses on the cleanest, most structurally transparent part of that range rather than rarity or price alone.
Lightmist and Tanat
Drop 005 centered two Geshas from Elida Estate: Loma EGN ASD RF2D and Aguacate Centro DRD GW1203. The coffees share an estate but use different plots and processing, producing distinct aromatic, sweetness, and structural expressions.
