Tanat — Elida Estate Geisha

Drop 005 先放上非常早期的預告：這次選了 Tanat 的兩支 Elida Estate 巴拿馬藝妓，一支 ASD RF2D 日曬，一支 DRD 水洗。

這不是完整的品項列表，而是刻意縮小的二選組合。Loma EGN ASD RF2D 是較有水果與香氣張力的一邊；Aguacate Centro DRD Washed 則是更乾淨、花香、結構清楚的一邊。兩支都來自 Elida / Lamastus，數量非常有限。

Tanat 的烘焙哲學與 Lightmist 過去選的 Datura、Goût & Co 有相似之處：不是用烘焙去塑造固定風味，而是依每支咖啡的產地、處理法與當季狀態調整曲線，盡量讓咖啡自身的平衡、香氣與結構被看見。這也是這次想把 Tanat 帶進台灣的原因。

Drop 005 is going up as a very early preview: two Elida Estate Panama Geisha lots from Tanat, one ASD RF2D Natural and one DRD Washed.

This is intentionally a tight two-coffee set, not a broad list. Loma EGN ASD RF2D is the more expressive, fruit-and-floral side of the pair; Aguacate Centro DRD Washed is the cleaner, more structured floral side. Both come from Elida / Lamastus, and quantities are extremely limited.

Tanat's roasting philosophy feels closely aligned with the thread that connects Datura and Goût & Co for Lightmist: roast profiles are adjusted to each lot, not used to force a fixed signature. The goal is to reveal the coffee's own balance, aromatic purity, structure, and depth. That is why this drop makes sense in the Lightmist rotation.

Tanat is a Paris-based roaster whose philosophy centers on precision and respect for each coffee's own balance. In a way that feels closely aligned with Datura and Goût & Co, Tanat treats roasting as a way to reveal rather than overwrite: each lot is profiled around its origin, process, and harvest character, with the goal of preserving aromatic purity, structure, and depth.
