NOMAD 的起點是 Jordi Mestre 於 2011 年在倫敦經營的流動咖啡車。經過咖啡師競賽與烘焙工作後，品牌在 2014 年落腳巴塞隆納並開設 NOMAD Coffee Lab。
今天的 NOMAD 是成熟且選品廣泛的現代歐洲烘焙品牌，工作重心仍放在生產者關係、產地與精準烘焙。不同系列的風格跨度不小，但咖啡的來源與結構始終是主要線索。

Drop 008 選入蒲隆地 Gahahe 水洗紅波旁、哥倫比亞 Fellow Farms 水洗粉紅波旁與秘魯 Timbuyaku 水洗藝妓。三支咖啡分別呈現 NOMAD 在長期產地關係、清楚品種表現與高端選品上的不同面向。
What kind of roaster is NOMAD?
NOMAD began with Jordi Mestre's mobile coffee cart in London in 2011. After barista competition and roasting work, the project settled in Barcelona and opened NOMAD Coffee Lab in 2014.
NOMAD is now a mature modern European roaster with a broad range, still grounded in producer relationships, origin work, and precise roasting. Its collections cover different registers, but provenance and structure remain central.
Lightmist and NOMAD
Drop 008 featured Burundi Gahahe washed Red Bourbon, Colombia Fellow Farms washed Pink Bourbon, and Peru Timbuyaku washed Gesha. Together they showed different sides of NOMAD's work: sustained origin relationships, clear varietal expression, and high-end selection.
