Chelbessa 水洗站收集 Gedeb 周邊約一千戶小農的咖啡。高海拔與涼爽環境讓果實緩慢成熟，也使這支水洗批次呈現細緻、透明的結構。
咖啡櫻桃先經浮選與人工挑選，再去果皮並進行二至三天乾式發酵；水洗後於高架床乾燥七至十天。Flower Child 的杯測以草莓與西洋梨開場，接著是油桃甜感與乾淨花香。
Chelbessa Washing Station receives coffee from roughly 1,000 smallholder farmers around Gedeb. The high elevation and cool conditions slow cherry development, giving this washed lot a fine, transparent structure.
Cherries are floated and sorted before depulping, then dry-fermented for two to three days. After washing, the parchment dries on raised beds for seven to ten days. Flower Child's cup reads strawberry and pear first, followed by nectarine sweetness and a clean floral finish.
