Flower Child — Imani & Chelbessa

Drop 009 原本不在排程內。Flower Child 的 Imani 與 Chelbessa 最近都受到很多關注；當最後一批 Imani 剛好有機會加入訂單，就決定把它和 Chelbessa 組成一個很小的雙豆 drop。

兩支都是水洗，但方向很不一樣。Chelbessa 是乾淨、柔順的衣索比亞花果調，草莓與西洋梨之後收在油桃與花香；Imani 則是香氣更高揚的肯亞 AA，紅色水果、野玫瑰與清亮酸質非常集中。

咖啡已於 8 月 24 日抵達台北。Imani 烘焙日為 8 月 10 日，Chelbessa 烘焙日為 8 月 17 日；Imani 已售完，Chelbessa 仍可購買。兩支都建議至少養豆 3–4 週；若杯中仍緊，可再延長。

Drop 009 was not originally on the calendar. Imani and Chelbessa have both drawn unusual attention, and when the final available Imani bags could be added to the shipment, it made sense to build a very small two-coffee release around them.

Both are washed coffees, but they point in different directions. Chelbessa is the clean, silky Ethiopian line, moving from strawberry and pear into nectarine and florals. Imani is a more high-toned Kenyan AA, concentrated around red fruit, wild rose, and bright, polished acidity.

The coffees landed in Taipei on August 24. Imani was roasted on August 10 and Chelbessa on August 17; Imani is sold out, while Chelbessa is still available. We recommend resting both for at least 3–4 weeks, then extending the rest if the cup still feels tight.
