Lisbeth Mariño 受過杯測訓練,目前於帕凱班巴地區為其他生產者提供技術指導 — 在這個技術基礎仍在建立中的產區,她是當地少見的女性領導者。SL9 又稱「印加藝妓」,是秘魯高海拔微批次中愈來愈受關注的品種。
手工精選成熟果實。雙階段發酵:18 小時果皮內發酵,去果皮後 36 小時。其後於遮蔭棚架上乾燥 20 天,再以 GrainPro 袋儲存。SL9 在此處理下展現出超出品種預期的表現力:冷卻時鳶尾花與鳳梨莓鮮明,熱飲時芒果、李子、多汁柑橘清晰。花香與果酸並重 — 兩種溫度都喝,兩者之間的對話才是這支咖啡的核心。
Lisbeth Mariño trained as a cup taster and now provides technical guidance to other producers in her district of Pacaybamba — a leading woman in a region where the technical infrastructure is still being built. SL9, sometimes called "Inca Geisha," is a varietal increasingly associated with Peru's high-altitude microlots.
Hand-selected ripe cherries only. Two-stage fermentation: 18 hours initial, then 36 hours after depulping. Twenty days of shaded raised-bed drying, then storage in GrainPro. The cup is unusually expressive for SL9: iris and pineberry as it cools, mango, plum, and juicy citrus warm. Floral and citric in equal measure — drink it both temperatures and the conversation between them is the whole point.
