What kind of roaster is September?
September Coffee is an Ottawa micro-roastery founded by Natasha and Kyle. Its selection makes room for clean, bright coffees, familiar sweetness, and more unusual profiles that spark curiosity, all supported by clear traceability.
September roasts on a Loring S15 with the goal of preserving natural sweetness and acidity while maintaining clarity and a complete mouthfeel. The range is not forced toward one extreme profile; each lot is given an expression appropriate to the coffee.
