Danche 水洗站由 SNAP Specialty Coffee 管理，收集 Gedeb 周邊約 800 戶小農的咖啡。果實去皮後乾式發酵 96 小時，水洗，再於高架床乾燥 12–14 天。
風味描述來自 Flower Child：白油桃的明亮果酸、柔滑莓果與細緻花香。
At the SNAP-managed Danche station, cherries from roughly 800 contributing farmers are depulped, dry-fermented for 96 hours, washed, then dried on raised beds for 12–14 days.
Flower Child describes white nectarine, silky berries and florals. These are the roaster’s notes; Lightmist tasting notes will follow after arrival.

Pricing includes the coffee itself, international shipping, duties or VAT when charged, currency movement, and small-batch operating costs. Lightmist imports sealed small batches and prices each drop around actual landed cost plus a modest operating margin.
