The Picky Chemist — Early Taiwan Release

Drop 007 來自比利時 The Picky Chemist，由 Stéphane Ribes 烘焙。TPC 一直是 Lightmist 這條線裡非常重要的 reference：極淺、乾淨、重視結構與透明感，也非常需要足夠的養豆與穩定的沖煮。

Lightmist 將在 TPC 正式公開這次 drop 前，搶先於台灣帶來這批咖啡。

TPC 的 2026 年 8 月 drop 共五支咖啡；Lightmist 選了巴拿馬翡翠莊園 Trapiche 2 AFB，以及衣索比亞藝妓村的 Surma 水洗與 Oma 蜜處理。

三支皆建議養豆 5–8 週，亦可更久，再開封沖煮。

這批咖啡已完成進口通關，正在送達中。正式售價已確認，抵達後開放訂購。

Drop 007 comes from The Picky Chemist in Belgium, roasted by Stéphane Ribes. TPC is one of the key references for the Lightmist lane: ultra-light, clean, structured, transparent, and very dependent on proper rest and careful brewing.

Lightmist is bringing these coffees to Taiwan ahead of TPC's public drop.

TPC's August 2026 drop includes five coffees. Lightmist selected the Hacienda La Esmeralda Trapiche 2 AFB and two Gesha Village lots: Surma Washed and Oma Honey.

We recommend resting all three coffees for 5–8 weeks or longer before opening.

The coffees have cleared import and are arriving shortly. Final pricing is confirmed; ordering will open after delivery.

TPC coffees are not built around roast flavor or impact; they are built around clean structure, fine aromatics, and transparency. For Lightmist, TPC represents a very pure clarity-driven reference point, and the coffees reward patient resting, stable water, and careful brewing.
